The company reserves to change any information or itinerary published through this website. Terms and conditions are applicable only to those tourists who enter a contract with Yashodhan Travels Pvt Ltd for the purpose of tour.
A: DETAILS FOR BOOKING
- It is mandatory to provide a valid Photo ID proof for booking a Domestic Tour and a valid passport for booking an International trip. All customers must carry a valid ID proof like Aadhar / Voter ID. Customers must check there ID proof provided for accuracy like name / address. The company will rely on the information provided by the guest and will proceed with all tour formalities on the basis of the same.
- Customers have to take precaution while filling their booking form for details like correct name-spelling, age, birth date, contact details, Name should always be as per the passport for international tours and as per the Aadhar card for domestic tours.
- For International trips, customers must check there passport for accuracy like name / address / validity / expiry. Any passport related issue will not be entertained by the company.
- It is presumed that the Customer has understood the rules regulations of the company and the tour selected. And by signing the contract the customer is accepting the rules applicable. After completion of tour any complaints (written or orally) will not be entertained by the company.
B: TOUR PRICE, REGISTRATION, TRANSACTIONS, PAYMENTS
- To book any tour / package, guests must make a payment to Yashodhan Travels by Cheques, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI. All payments should be in the name of “Yashodhan Travels Pvt Ltd“, We request all our customers to make digital payments. Kindly note we do not accept payment by Credit / Debit Cards. In case the Cheque gets dishonored provided by the customer, a charge of Rs.150 + 18% GST should be borne by the customer.
- The company reserves the right to alter or change the price published in brochure in case of increase in taxes.
- Tour price does not include government taxes and the same are to be paid extra. As per current regulations 5% GST is applicable on every tour package.
- We request all our customers to not to share any his confidential information like (Card details, OTP, CVV number) to any person including our employee, tour manager, sales person of Yashodhan Travels Pvt Ltd. We also request not to do any personal financial transaction with any of the staff without the knowledge of company on the tour. Any such transaction will be sole responsibility of tourist only. All payments are to be done in the bank accounts provided by Company only. Yashodhan Travels will not be liable for any loss that the customer incur in the above case.

C: CANCELLATION
- We reserve the right to change the departure date or cancel a departure due to lack of passengers. The company should not be held responsible for any tickets purchased or booked in advance.
- Passengers are responsible for the adherence of time at all stages of tour. In the event any tourist misses on any part of the sightseeing or any such tour to delay on his/her part he/she will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
- Replacement of Member allowed. (Differences of air/rail fare if any has to borne by the new customer).
- If the tourist cancels the tour the cancellation charges will be deducted from refund as below.

D: INCIDENTALS/OCCASIONAL EXPENSES
- All occasional expenses and incidentals such are boating, entry fees in museums, art gallery, airport tax, custom duty(Nepal tour), fees for poojas, Jungle safari , rope way, horse riding , doli, auto rickshaw charges are not included in the tour cost. These are to be borne by the tourist.
- All expenses of food in railway journey including drinking water have to borne by the customer. Approximate details of these expenses will be briefed at the time of get together.
E: BUS
- We provide 2X2 luxury buses for sight seeing and local transfers.
- Seats are allotted as per booking on first come first basis. No rotations of seats are allowed in the tour. Classification of Bus(A/C or Non A/c) is mentioned in the tour program. In cases of smaller groups vehicles will be provided accordingly.
- The company reserves the right for the choice of vehicle. On tours there is a possibility of failure of a vehicle or its air conditioner, in such case we will try to find a solution. The company is not responsible for such mechanical failure and is not liable for any compensation.
F: AIR
- We are authorized booking agents for all major airlines. Facility is available for booking domestic and international air tickets. The fares may vary at any time. Actual fare may vary at the time of booking. The customer has to pay the rate at the time of final booking.
- If there is any change or delay in the flight schedule the same will be intimated to the passenger’s mobile number by the airlines. Yashodhan Travels cannot be held responsible for these changes. The company will only assist to change or book new tickets, if priory intimated to the company. The extra fare if any has to be borne by the customer.
- If the customer desires he can book the air ticket themselves. And the booked ticket’s information has to be given to the company within 4 days. We do not charge any service charge for the air tickets booked through our company.
- Our company provides pick up & drop facility for the customers up to airport & hotel the charges for the same has to be borne by the customer. For this Non A/c vehicle is provided.
- Baggage of 15 kgs/person is allowed. Extra baggage’s will be charged as per airline company’s rules.
- For the customers who book air/rail journey on there own other than prescribed in the company’s itinerary and joins the tour at their choice, the rate of transfer to hotel from airport/railway station has to be borne by the customer only. This will be applicable in case of return journey also.
- The tour cost does not include the air fare.
- Between the tour in case of delay of train or any other mode of transportation to reach the airport before the CHECK IN time the company shall not be held responsible. Cancellations and reissue of tickets as per availability will be borne by the passenger only.
G: LTC/LFC
- We provide necessary certificates to claim under LTC/LFC for state government employees only.
H: MEDICAL FACILITIES
- Customers should ensure that they are physically fit for the tour. It shall be the duty of the tourist to inform the company any medical condition that affects the enjoyment of the tour or group.
- For any medical assistance on tour, the same will be arranged through local doctors or hospitals. All expenses regarding such medical aid will be borne by the guest.
- We suggest choosing tours as per medical conditions. Company may ask the tourist to provide medical certificate if condition prevails.
- Company shall not be held responsible for any inquiry / accident / mishap or loss of life
I: HOTELS
- We take utmost care in selecting hotels which are convenient and comfortable to you so that you can enjoy the tour. All hotels are ‘A’ grade, well furnished and equipped with modern amenities.
- Generally, the rooms are twin/double bedded and extra bed is provided in the form of a mattress on the floor.
- Assignment of rooms to an individual or a group is at the discretion of hotel and is not controlled by Yashodhan Travels.
- Yashodhan Travels shall not be liable for any disruption of any of the services, facilities or accommodation type service including unprofessional behavior of hotel staff. Laundry facility is available in majority of hotel for which charges are to be paid by the tourist.
- The company generally accommodates the entire group in one hotel only. Due to any unavoidable circumstances the alternate arrangements done by hotel in any hotels has to be accepted by the tourists.
J: MEALS
- We provide pure vegetarian food prepared by our own kitchen throughout the tour. Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner with mid time snacks and tea (3 times) will be served by the company.
- For the tourist observing religious fast separate food will be served on prior intimation only.
- Company does not serve sugar free sweets on tour.
- For the tours commencing and concluding outside Pune the food and drinking water up to boarding point has to arranged by the tourist on their expense only.
- The expenses of food and drinking water in the air / train journey have to be borne by the customer.
- Company’s kitchen operates from hotel (first stay to last stay) only. Food will be served at the dining space provided by the hotel. Request for room service will not be entertained.
- Packaged good quality mid time snacks required for entire tour will be provided by the company. Packaged drinking water will be served (maximum 3 liters a day) free of cost to every tourist.
K: LUGGAGE
- The customer has to carry luggage on their own while boarding and departing. Customers are advised to travel light, not to carry any valuable belongings Avoid large size bags.
- Yashodhan Travels or its representatives are not responsible for any loss/ theft/ damage/ accident of any personal belongings on tour, hotel stay or at sightseeing places. In case of any loss/ theft/ damage/ accident, it is the sole responsibility of the guest to file a complaint with the concerned local authorities like police, airline office etc. and keep a follow up of the same with them.
- Yashodhan Travels is not liable to pay any compensation to the guest for any dispute.
L: SHOPPING
- Customers should shop responsibly as well as check the price, quality of the items before they purchase the same. It is only the choice of tourist to purchase or not.
- It is clearly made aware that Yashodhan Travels or the tour manager does not promote or recommend any such shop or vendor. There is no compulsion on shopping but customers may shop if they wish to do so.
M: CONDUCT
- All tourists should maintain decorum while on tour. Company can disqualify any of the member/tourist at any point of tour in the interest of tour and ceased from the group. In such cases NO REFUND and return travelling expenses will not be given.
- The tourists have to maintain the time instructed by the tour leader for breakfast, dinner & lunch. Any inconvenience because of late coming will be tourist’s sole responsibility. Similarly this will be applicable for sightseeing as well.
N: GET TOGETHER
- The Company arranges get together of all participants of the tour.
- The itinerary and occasional expenses approximately will be explained to the tourists. Doubts if any or confusions have to be cleared there only. Then after any dispute with tour manger on tour will not be entertained and considered as mis-conduct.
O: JURISDICTION
- All disputes applied to the tour/ package/ service arising therein shall be subject to the Court of Jurisdiction at Pune (India) only.
P: GENERAL TERMS
- The terms and conditions will be revised timely without prior notice. These changes will be updated on our website and the customer will be considered to have accepted the the latest update and the same will be override all the previously published Terms and Conditions.
- Only the company has the right to waive / add of these Terms & Conditions.
- Any assurance given by any employee shall have no consequence.
